Role Description This is a full-time, in office Account Manager role based in Ghaziabad.

The Account

Manager will manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly. Daily responsibilities include monitoring account performance, handling inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and ensuring timely payment collections. The role involves preparing periodic sales and account reports, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling,



and supporting promotional activities in alignment with company objectives.

The Account

Manager will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance to maintain robust client relationships and support business growth.

Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in account management, client servicing, and relationship building.
Experience with sales coordination, order management, and basic commercial negotiations.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
Positive organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic business reporting software.
Prior experience in FMCG or dairy/food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad and travel locally as required for client visits.
