Assistant Manager – Inside Sales
Experience: 6–8 Years

Industry Preference: SaaS, Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Digital Marketing, B2B/B2C Sales

Sales Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.




Ensure high-quality customer conversations and consultative selling.

Review sales pipeline and conversion metrics daily.

CRM Hygiene

Ensure adherence to CRM processes and sales SOPs.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting.

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
~6–8 years of Inside Sales experience
~ Minimum 2 years of team management experience
~ Strong exposure to SaaS, Healthcare, Healthcare IT, or Digital Services
~ Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or Hub Spot
