Job Description
Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for predictive analytics, classification, NLP, and computer vision.
Perform end-of-end data analysis, including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Build scalable machine learning pipelines and deploy models into production using MLOps best practices.
Work with structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive decision making.
Develop and implement deep learning models using frameworks like Tensor Flow and PyTorch.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to deliver AI/ML solutions.
Implement and optimize algorithms for model accuracy, performance, and scalability.
Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for model training and deployment.
Apply statistical techniques and A/B testing to validate AI/ML models.
Ensure AI/ML solutions comply with the industrys best practices, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
Strong experience in Python, R,



or Scala for AI/ML development.
Hands on experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks.
Experience with NLP techniques (BERT, Transformers, LLMs), computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
Robust understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes.
Knowledge of model deployment tools like MLflow, Tensor Flow Serving, or AWS Sage Maker.
Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Big Data technologies.
Solid foundation in probability, statistics, and machine learning algorithms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with Generative AI models and LLM finetuning.
Good to have Background in AI ethics and model explainability.
Positive to have Certifications in AI/ML
