Experience: 2–3 years (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities: • Manage month-end and year-end financial close processes.

Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end book closures.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and oversee end-to-end finance and accounting activities.

Support statutory and internal audits while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements: • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

2–3 years of post-qualification experience.

Big 4 experience is mandatory.

Robust expertise in month-end closures, financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial controls.
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
