Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of application features ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend, Workday Studio.
Strong experience in application design and development within enterprise environments.
Ability to configure and customize applications to meet complex business requirements.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application performance.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for application deployment.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Extend.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
