We are looking for enthusiastic individuals for the position of Domestic Voice Support/Sales in Hindi. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in customer service and sales. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients over the phone.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in Hindi.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests effectively.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Skills and Qualifications
Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) is essential.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations with professionalism.
Proficient in using computer systems and software for order processing and customer management.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
