Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
6+ years of qualified experience in Java development, with a robust emphasis on building backend services.
Proficiency in Java 8+ and its ecosystem (Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA).
Demonstrable experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and data structures.
Experience with relational databases (Oracle)
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
