Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and IB schools.
Present international academic immersion and experiential learning programs to institutional stakeholders.
Coordinate with international university partners regarding academic content, curriculum, program structure, and collaborations.
Conduct meetings with university leadership, faculty, International Relations Offices (IROs), and school management.
Present CAS (Creativity, Activity & Service) programs to International Baccalaureate (IB) schools.
Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, MoUs, reports, and institutional documentation.
Support the planning and execution of international academic immersion programs.
Work closely with the Academic and Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
Represent Immersia at institutional meetings, education events, and conferences.
Maintain regular communication with domestic and international partners through emails, virtual meetings, and follow-ups.
Identify current collaboration opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Education
Master's, M.Phil.,



or Ph.D. in Education, Management, International Relations, Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Humanities, or any relevant discipline.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in Higher Education, International Relations, Academic Partnerships, Study Abroad, Educational Consulting, Business Development, or Academic Administration.
Candidates with teaching, research, curriculum development, or university administration experience are encouraged to apply.
Excellent English communication skills
Solid organizational and coordination abilities
