Lead and manage the complete Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions for LT and HT Panel manufacturing.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, procedures, inspection plans, and process controls.

Ensure compliancewithIEC,IS,customerspecifications,and applicable quality standards.

Monitor incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks, final inspection, FAT, and pre-dispatch inspections.

Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and Projects teams to achieve quality objectives.

Handle customer inspections, third-party inspections, and statutory audits.

Lead internal quality audits and ensure continual process improvement.

Analyze quality data, prepare MIS reports, and monitor key quality performance indicators.





Train and mentor the quality team to improve inspection standards and product quality.

Ensure compliance with safety,quality,and documentation requirements.

Thorough knowledge of LT and HT Electrical Panel manufacturing.

Solid understanding of electrical drawings, schematics, BOMs, and control wiring.

Hands-on experience with quality inspection tools and testing procedures.

Knowledge of IEC, IS, ISO 9001, and relevant electrical panel standards.

Expertise in Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, 7QC Tools, FMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Solid leadership,communication,and problem-solving skills.Experience in handling customer audits and third-party
