Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate Cluster Head to lead and manage a high-performing inside sales team. The role involves driving admissions, revenue growth, and operational excellence for high-value university programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10+ Sales Counsellors
Drive admissions and achieve revenue targets for online degree programs
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance metrics
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and counseling frameworks
Coach and train team members to improve conversion rates and engagement
Track key performance indicators such as lead conversion, call quality, and productivity
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead flow and processes
Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience throughout the admission lifecycle
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
Candidate Profile
Postgraduate degree (mandatory)
15+ years of overall experience, with 12+ years in relevant industry roles
Proven experience in managing inside sales / call center teams
Prior experience in EdTech or higher education sales preferred
Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in performance tracking
Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced workplace
Preferred Skills
Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience in handling large teams and scaling operations
Customer-centric approach with solid stakeholder management skills
Languages Required
English (mandatory)
Hindi, Marathi, Kannada (preferred)
