Customer Wellness Coach Intern (Nutrition)

We're looking for a warm, knowledgeable Customer Wellness Coach Intern to join us in Gurgaon (in-office, full-time) at Gytree - a health platform for women. You'll be the voice customers hear as they start and continue their wellness journey, helping them understand their products, stay consistent, and see real progress.

What you'll do:
Speak with customers post-purchase to guide them through their product and wellness journey
Explain how our supplements and programs work, and set the right expectations early on
Check in with customers at key milestones to track progress, address concerns, and keep them consistent
Answer nutrition and lifestyle questions related to menopause health, within the scope of our protocols
Flag customers who need escalation to our in-house experts or coaching team
Feed customer insights and common questions back to the team to improve our content, FAQs, and product experience




Support broader customer retention and satisfaction efforts alongside the care team

What we're looking for:
Background in nutrition, dietetics, or health coaching (degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience)
Genuine interest in health and wellness
Robust communication skills — warm, transparent, and patient on calls, chats, and email
Ability to build trust quickly and keep customers engaged over weeks and months, not just a single interaction
Comfort with AI tools to speed up research and communication
Diligent, punctual, and a robust work ethic — someone we can rely on

Details:
Paid internship — stipend provided Rs 15000

3–6 months, with strong potential to convert into a full-time role based on performance
