Job Summary
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our MAAC Barrackpore team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for counselling students, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents about career opportunities in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, UI/UX, and Multimedia.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic enquiries, and online leads.
Follow up with prospective students to achieve admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth admission process.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Experience in Education Counselling, Sales, or Admissions preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
