Job Title: Key Account Specialist Location: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Key Account Specialist to drive sales and manage strategic customer relationships within the utility solar segment. The ideal candidate should have a robust network with EPC contractors and developers, along with a good understanding of solar products such as PV Inverters, PCS, and BESS .

The role requires developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving regional sales targets.

Manage and grow key customer accounts, including EPCs and project developers.
Drive sales of PV Inverters (Utility Scale & Small Utility), PCS, and BESS solutions.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.




Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.

Minimum 6 years of experience in Key Account Sales.
Experience in selling solar products or allied electrical products is mandatory.
Strong network within the solar/EPC ecosystem.
Valuable understanding of solar project components and utility-scale solutions.

Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

B. Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage, preferably along with a technical qualification.
