Build strong relationships with customer leadership, engineering managers, and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive business reviews.
Drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and long-term partnerships Delivery Leadership - Lead end-to-end delivery of embedded engineering programs preferably industrial products across multiple projects and geographies.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
Monitor program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Establish delivery governance frameworks, metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, current project acquisitions, and service offerings. Engineering & Technical Skills - Provide strategic guidance on embedded product development and engineering practices.




Work closely with technical architects and engineering leads to ensure technology alignment.
Review solution approaches, effort estimations, project plans, and delivery strategies.
Solid expertise in Embedded Systems Development using Embedded Python and C/C++, Python and microcontroller architectures.
Good to have experience in Motor Control Systems, including BLDC, PMSM, AC/DC motors, 6-step commutation, switches, and solenoid control applications.
Product Automation like Python and PyTest Framework for test automation, validation, and embedded software quality assurance.
Knowledge of microcontroller platforms including STM32, XMC, PIC, and similar embedded controllers.
Engineering capabilities like schematic design/review, PCB layout understanding, hardware bring-up, and debugging.
Valuable knowledge of lab and debugging tools such as Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Function Generators, and Motor Test Benches.
Experience in Industrial Automation domains, particularly in motor control and embedded product development.
