Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will manage client accounts, act as the primary point of contact, and ensure that project requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with clients, preparing and reviewing proposals, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with engineering, operations, and finance teams.

The Account

Manager will handle contract administration, track billing and collections, and support resolution of issues related to scope, timelines, and quality.



This role also includes identifying opportunities to expand services, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to sales forecasts and planning.

Qualifications
Experience in client relationship management, including handling key accounts and serving as a main point of contact.
Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to convey technical and commercial information clearly.
Background in project coordination or account management within construction, mechanical, or industrial engineering environments is preferred.
Ability to work in office with cross-functional teams, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks in a rapid-paced setting.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or ERP systems) and basic data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in sales or account management are an advantage.
Solid attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and a focus on delivering high-quality client service.
Comfort working in an industrial and construction context, with willingness to visit project sites as needed.
