Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the company's financial operations and project-wise accounting. The candidate will be responsible for accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, billing, cash flow, vendor payments, financial reporting, and coordination with project teams, auditors, banks, and management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Handle project-wise accounting, costing, budgets, and financial controls.
Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
Verify contractor/subcontractor bills, purchase invoices, and payment documents.
Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS, and monthly financial reports.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Monitor bank transactions, cash flow, fund requirements, and perform bank reconciliations.
Coordinate with project/site teams for expenses, advances,



bills, and financial records.
Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection from clients.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
Ensure proper documentation, internal controls, and timely closure of accounts.
Supervise and guide accountants and site accounting teams.
Support management in budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and decision-making.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
Experience: 510 years of relevant experience, preferably in the civil construction/infrastructure industry.
Solid knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and project accounting.
Valuable analytical, communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
