The Role :

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can run and scale paid campaigns on Meta, with working knowledge of Google Ads and Snapchat Ads preferred.

You should understand the psychology behind what makes an ad perform, which hook stops the scroll, and which creatives convert. Solid copywriting instincts are a must, along with the ability to work closely with the creative and content teams to keep pushing better-performing ad creatives, and to use AI tools to make the process faster and more effective.

Key Responsibilities :
Run and scale paid campaigns: Plan, execute, and scale performance campaigns on Meta; working knowledge of Google Ads and Snapchat Ads preferred.
Apply creative psychology: Understand what makes an ad work, identify which creatives and angles will perform and which won't,



and use that judgment to guide campaign decisions.
Write high-performing ad copy: Write primary text, headlines, and descriptions that stop people from scrolling and drive action.
Collaborate with the creative team: Coordinate closely with the creative and content team on ad creatives, sharing feedback on what's working and brainstorming new creative ideas and angles to test.
Use AI to work faster: Leverage AI tools across campaign planning, copywriting, and creative ideation to make the process quicker and more efficient.
