Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping
Support in maintaining and updating records in SAP
Help in preparation and filing of GST returns and assist in TDS deductions and filings
Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Help reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records
Provide support during audit processes and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
Assist in generating financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities
Handle day-to-day petty cash entries
Exposure to ERP SAP / Zoho / Odoo is preferred
Assist in ledger maintenance with all books of accounts
Support in GST and payroll processing
Ensure proper filing of all financial documents
Proficient in MS Excel and willing to learn financial reporting tools
Robust willingness to learn with positive analytical and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and team coordination abilities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
0 to 1 year of experience or internship in accounting roles
Basic knowledge of SAP ERP, GST, and TDS
Familiarity with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, SAP, QuickBooks) is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
