RPC Foods Private Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team.

We are engaged in the import, purchase, sale, and trading of specialised food products and are looking for a professional who can efficiently manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring statutory compliance.

Position Details
Position: Accountant

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain inventory-related accounting records.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management.
Ensure timely compliance with statutory and internal reporting requirements.




Maintain proper documentation for import transactions and vendor records.

Required Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in import and trading business accounting.
Knowledge of inventory accounting and reconciliation.
Familiarity with ERP software will be an added advantage.
