Functional Consultant – CE

Key Responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules.
Deep understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations.
Hands-on experience with Finance Modules in Dynamics 365 F&O.;
Work on integration using the Power Platform and other connectors.
Collaborate with technical teams to align configuration with business requirements.
Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and Windows administration is a plus.
Experience in customizing forms,



workflows, dashboards, and reports in Dynamics 365 CE.

Technical Consultant – CE

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Dynamics CRM components: entities, workflows, web resources, and forms.
Experience with Unified Interface, Unified Service Desk, and Omnichannel capabilities.
Perform solution management, upgrades, and setting management.
Build and maintain data integrations with external systems.
Create advanced reports and dashboards; execute data migrations as needed.
Write complex SQL queries for analytics and backend logic.
