Elvessy Films is a Bangalore-based creative production company specializing in high-end commercial filmmaking and digital visual content. We are seeking an experienced Account Officer to join our team and manage our financial operations, payroll, and statutory compliances.

Location - Hebbal, Bengaluru (On-Site)

Role Overview The ideal candidate will collaborate with management to oversee day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and end-to-end statutory workflows. They should excel in handling financial data, ensuring rigorous tax compliance, and maintaining accuracy across all accounts.

Qualifications and Skills
CA Intermediate qualification (2 to 5 years of related experience preferred)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficiency in General Ledger management and scrutiny
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities
Hands-on experience with ERP Systems (Zoho with CRM and HR, and Tally)

Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, analysis, and reconciliation for General Ledger, Debtors, Creditors, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations
Conduct Project Costing, Cost Advantage Analysis, Debtors and Creditors aging, reconciliation,



and statement of account confirmation
Post Journal Entries for accrued expenses, recurring entries, revenue, and manage Fixed Assets, Depreciation, Amortization, etc.
Payroll and Statutory Compliances: End-to-end management of monthly payroll processing and timely execution of statutory payments and filings, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Professional Tax
Tax and Financial Filings: Accurate preparation and online submission of local compliance reports and returns, including GST, TDS (Vendor Payments), and TDS on Salaries
Generate MIS Reports, manage Inventories Reports and reconciliation, with exposure to Internal Audit processes
