Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices.

You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into effective software designs, while also ensuring that the solutions are robust and productive.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME.




Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
a: Experience of working with the Share Point App model (provider hosted and/or Share Point hosted)
b: Experience of Share Point Server Side and Client Side Object Model
c: Experience in Share Point Designer Workflows/ Nintex Workflows/ Visual Studio Workflows

d: Nice to have – experience of SPFx development, Power Apps, PowerBI, MS Flows, Type Script and React

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Share Point Online Development.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
