Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Faculty to deliver practical and industry-oriented training to students and working specialists. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of one or more SAP modules and be able to provide hands-on learning with real-time business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training on SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, etc.).
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct hands-on lab sessions using real-time business scenarios.
Guide students in live projects and SAP certification preparation.
Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
Resolve student queries and offer academic support.
Update course content based on the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.




Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth course delivery.
Maintain attendance, student progress, and training records.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience as an SAP Consultant or SAP Faculty.
Strong expertise in one or more SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, etc.).
SAP Certification is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts through practical examples.

Preferred Skills
Experience in SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of ERP business processes.
Experience in project implementation is an added advantage.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
