Role Description This is a full-time, in office Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, monitoring payables and receivables, processing payroll inputs, and assisting with monthly and annual closing activities. The role involves preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting,



ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations, and coordinating with auditors and external consultants when required. The Accountant will work closely with project, operations, and management teams to provide accurate financial data that supports decision-making and productive project execution.

Qualifications Strong skills in general accounting, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation.

Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and basic financial analysis.

Knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance relevant to corporate entities.

Experience using accounting and ERP software, as well as MS Excel and other spreadsheet tools.

Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational and time management abilities.

Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA) are an advantage.

Prior experience in construction, landscaping, real estate, or project-based businesses is beneficial.
