Role Description The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, tracking expenses, and assisting with budgeting and financial forecasting. The role also involves preparing financial reports, supporting audits, ensuring compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements,



and coordinating with internal teams to provide accurate financial data. This is a full-time, in office role based in Indore, requiring regular collaboration with the operations and management teams to support informed business decisions.

Qualifications

Robust skills in financial accounting and bookkeeping, including general ledger management and account reconciliation.

Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and basic financial analysis to support management decision-making.

Experience with accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar ERP/accounting systems).

Knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance applicable to businesses.

Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and handle confidential information responsibly.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.

Prior experience in an agency, startup, or fast-paced business environment is preferred.
