Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Record and verify sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, payment vouchers, receipts, and credit/debit notes.
Perform regular bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and ensure timely reconciliation.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables and payables.
Manage daily sales and collection reconciliation for cafés/outlets.
Reconcile sales from POS systems, online delivery platforms, payment gateways, and bank accounts.
Prepare monthly financial reports and management summaries.
Assist with monthly closing activities and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax consultants,



and other financial professionals.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Assist in preparing and filing GST returns and maintaining supporting documentation.
Manage petty cash and maintain proper records of cash transactions.
Support payroll-related accounting and salary processing activities.
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and cash-flow monitoring.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and accounting procedures.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
