Position: Recruitment Manager – IT
Experience: 8–12 Years

Location: Gurgaon (WFO)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager – IT to lead end-to-end IT hiring for client mandates. The role involves managing a recruitment team, driving hiring strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of technology hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end IT recruitment across various technology roles.
Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
Manage and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and SLAs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
Source talent through job portals, Linked In, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and critical technology roles.
Monitor recruitment metrics, including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and recruiter productivity.
Conduct market research and talent mapping to support hiring decisions.




Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Drive recruitment process improvements and best practices.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on hiring progress.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Key Skills:
Solid experience in IT staffing and recruitment consulting.
Expertise in hiring across Java, .NET, Cloud, Dev Ops, Data, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, and other technology domains.
Team management and stakeholder management skills.
Solid sourcing, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Positive analytical and recruitment reporting skills.

Qualifications
MBA preferred.
8–12 years of IT recruitment experience.
Minimum 4 years of team management experience.
Mandatory experience in an IT staffing or recruitment consulting firm.

Preferred Background:

Experience hiring for Product Companies, GCCs, IT Services, and Startups.

Only candidates with IT staffing or consulting experience will be considered.
