The Accountant / Cashier is responsible for handling cash and financial transactions at the showroom, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily cash and cheque transactions with customers.
Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of all payments received.
Prepare daily cash reports and deposit cash/cheques to the bank.
Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
Maintain petty cash and update entries in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
Reconcile daily sales and cash collections with the showroom team.
Coordinate with the sales and service departments for payment follow-ups.




Maintain proper documentation for vehicle sales and customer payments.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
1–3 years of experience in cashiering or accounting (automobile sector preferred).
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, MS Excel).
Robust numerical and communication skills.
