Senior Executive – Accounts Payable

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Executive – Accounts Payable with 3–5 years of experience in finance operations. The role involves managing vendor invoices, payment processing, reconciliations, compliance, and month-end activities while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing and employee reimbursements.
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and company policies.
Support month-end closing activities, accruals, and reporting.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, having MBA degree or equivalent.




3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Accounting.
SAP experience is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
