Maintain and manage Customer Master Data in SAP ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business standards

Handle Customer Master cases/ticket queues

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Ensure timely release of recent customers

Maintain high data quality standards and support accurate master data management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Create, update, and release customer records in SAP as per defined processes.

Perform customer data maintenance activities including reactivation, blocking/unblocking, and hierarchy updates.

Support audits and ensure adherence to data governance policies.

Generate Customer reports based on the requests

Identifying and cleansing customer master data

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Compliance) for data resolution.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s/master’s degree





Experience

1–2 years of experience in Customer Master Data or related domain.

Technical Skills / Competencies

Basic understanding of customer master data structures and business processes.

Hands-on experience or basic knowledge of SAP (Customer Master / MDG preferred).

Proficiency in MS Excel (data handling, basic formulas, reporting).

Familiarity with ticketing tools such as SFDC and Service Now is an added advantage.

Understanding data quality and governance principles.
