Job Roles and Responsibilities
Vendor master management Creation of current vendors and ensuring non-duplication of vendors.
Accounts payable - Invoice processing and review.
Accounts receivables OTA billings, cash application reconciliation.
Bank reconciliations Matching transactions between the bank GL and resolving reconciling items.
Income Journal Verification of the correctness of PMS data with accounting data.
General Ledger/Sales Tax/Balance Sheet reconciliations Preparation of journal, Preliminary workings, and month close support.
