Job Title: Executive Accountant – Taxation Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Executive Accountant – Taxation to manage GST compliance, accounting, statutory filings, and tax-related matters. The candidate should have solid knowledge of Indian taxation laws, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, etc.).
Reconcile GSTR-2B, purchase register, sales register, and books of accounts.
Handle GST notices, departmental queries, and prepare replies.
Prepare and file TDS/TCS returns and ensure timely compliance.
Assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
Maintain books of accounts using Tally Prime or other accounting software.
Perform bank, debtor, creditor, and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other management reports.
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with clients, auditors, and government departments.




Maintain proper documentation and tax records.
Stay updated with changes in GST and Income Tax laws.

Required Skills • Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
Experience with Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
Positive analytical and reconciliation skills.
Ability to draft replies to tax notices.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Qualification • B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
CA Inter/CMA Inter candidates are preferred.
Certification in GST or Taxation will be an added advantage.

Experience • 1–5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
Experience in a CA firm or tax consultancy will be preferred.
