Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented Analysts to prepare ROC (Registrar of Companies) Search Reports by extracting, reviewing and organizing information available on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal. This role requires excellent analytical skills, accuracy and the ability to present statutory information in a structured report format.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare ROC Search Reports using data available on the MCA portal.
Review and summarize: Company Master Data | CIN & Registration Details | Directors & Shareholding Information | Active & Satisfied Charges | Charge Creation, Modification, and Satisfaction details
Understand charge documents and present the sequence of events chronologically.
Extract relevant information from MCA filings and populate report templates accurately.
Ensure reports are complete, accurate, and adhere to quality standards.
Maintain turnaround timelines while ensuring documentation consistency.




Coordinate with internal teams for report clarifications whenever required.

Eligibility

Educational Qualification (Preferred):
CA Inter
B.Com (Accounting)
M.Com (Accounting)

Required Skills
Basic understanding of MCA filings and ROC charge documents.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to interpret statutory filings.
Positive written communication skills.
Robust organizational and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to the MCA portal.
Understanding of ROC forms and charge registration.
Knowledge of Companies Act filings.
Experience in documentation, compliance, audit support, report preparation, or KPO operations will be an added advantage.

Experience
0–1 year of experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
