Location: Malad West, Mumbai (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000/month (Please apply only if you are comfortable with this salary bracket.)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week | 1 Weekly Off

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory)

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Record day-to-day financial transactions and perform bookkeeping.
Process vendor payments, invoices, and employee reimbursements.
Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banking partners.




Maintain payroll records and employee reimbursement documentation.
Prepare MIS and financial reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (mandatory).
Proficiency in Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel .
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles .
Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Prior experience in the luxury events, hospitality, or wedding industry will be an added advantage.
