The Accountant will be responsible for managing essential accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role involves monitoring budgets, assisting with cost analysis and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights, support audits, and help improve financial processes and controls.

Qualifications
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and general ledger management.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, pivots and basic data analysis.




Experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and budgeting processes.
Understanding of taxation, compliance requirements and statutory regulations relevant to corporate finance.
Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and ability to maintain organized financial records.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
Prior experience in manufacturing or consumer appliances industry is a plus.
