Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst with solid testing fundamentals and experience in manual testing. The candidate should have a valuable understanding of SDLC/STLC and the ability to design and execute test cases effectively, preferably with exposure to the Mutual Fund domain.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage software development projects, including planning, estimation, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet business goals and regulatory compliance.
Manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration across departments.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
Mitigate risks and manage project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on time.
Provide mentorship and guidance to teams,



fostering a positive and productive work setting.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Ensure effective use of project management tools and methodologies.

Technical Skills
Required: Testing Fundamentals, MS SQL / MSSQL

Soft Skills
Good communication and understanding skills.
Presentation skills are an added advantage.

Domain Knowledge
Exposure to the Mutual Fund/ Banking domain is preferred.

Education:
B.E / B.Sc. (Computer Science)

Certification:
ISTQB or Software Testing (preferred)
