Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Mawal. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with payroll calculations. The role will support the preparation of financial reports, assist with budgeting and cost tracking, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and organizational policies.



The Accountant will collaborate with administrative and healthcare teams to provide timely financial information and support internal audits as needed.

Qualifications Solid accounting and bookkeeping skills, including ledger management, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.

Proficiency in accounting software and basic IT tools (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets, and financial reporting systems).

Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control practices, preferably within a healthcare or service workplace.

Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with administrative and clinical teams.

Ability to work independently on-site, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks in a structured manner.

Relevant educational background such as a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance requirements in India is an advantage.
