Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the showroom.
Record and verify sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
Verify supplier invoices, purchase bills, credit notes, and debit notes.
Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, supplier accounts, and ledger balances.
Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure proper accounting of stock movements.
Monitor inventory-related transactions and assist with periodic stock reconciliation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required by management.
Ensure proper accounting of discounts, returns, cancellations, and credit sales.
Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS,



and other statutory compliance.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.
Support monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders when required.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
