for the position of Analyst

Shree Naman Group (Real Estate Construction) are looking for a highly motivated Analyst with 1 to 2 years of experience to support the strategy and fundraising team. The role offers exposure to real estate investments, financial modelling, fundraising, business planning and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models and project cash flows
Prepare investment notes, presentations, and MIS reports
Conduct market, industry and competitor research
Support fundraising, due diligence and transaction execution
Analyse project performance an assist in strategic decision making

Preferred candidate profile MBA Finance / CA Fresher / CFA Level 1 or 2 / B.Com / BMS with solid finance skills

Robust Analytical, Excel / Power point skills and working knowledge of AI tools. Should have interest in real estate, investments and corporate finance.
CTC range: 7 to 8 Lakh per annum
Location: BKC, Bandra, Mumbai
This position will report to GM-Strategy and Finance
