Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Delhi, India. The Accountant will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, processing payments, managing accounts receivable and payable, and supporting payroll-related entries. The role involves preparing monthly and yearly financial reports, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and taxation requirements. The Accountant will collaborate with management to provide financial data for decision-making,



coordinate with external auditors or consultants as needed, and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in general accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Candidates should possess skills in accounts receivable and payable management, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing.

Candidates should possess skills in tax compliance, GST/TDS handling, and familiarity with Indian accounting standards.

Candidates should possess skills in using accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar), Microsoft Excel, and basic financial analysis.

Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Relevant academic qualification such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.

Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is beneficial, along with familiarity with inventory and cost accounting.
