Position: Accountant

Location: Ceeon India – NH 444A, Shahbad to Saha Road, VPO Dinarpur, Haryana

About the Role

Ceeon India is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, ensure statutory compliance, and support the finance team in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
Record daily transactions, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
Generate invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills




Robust knowledge of Accounting Principles and GST.
Good understanding of TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.
1–4 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Freshers with solid accounting fundamentals may also apply.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or automobile/EV industry.
Knowledge of inventory accounting and payroll processing.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
