We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead – Java, Python & GenAI to join our engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications while driving the adoption of AI-assisted software development practices. You will work with contemporary technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Python, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to build high-quality solutions and mentor a team of engineers.

Requirements 8–10 years of hands-on software development experience across console and web applications, with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, along with a few years of hands-on Python-based development experience.

Valuable understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms and Design Patterns.

Practical, hands-on experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude Sonnet) to generate, enhance, debug,



and fix bugs in Python code.

Understanding of BPMS, Rule Engines, IAM and CRM. (Integration)

Experience in working with Kafka, Spark, Neo4J would be an added advantage. Good database concepts (SQL, NoSQL; exposure to Graph databases would be a big plus).

Understanding of RAG, MCP, frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph and basic ML concepts like embeddings, vector similarity, classification/regression, clustering, decision trees.

​Experience working with services on Cloud Service Providers like Azure, AWS, GCP.

Understanding of CI/CD and Software engineering best practices.

Experience working in RHEL settings.

Good analytical and communication skills
