Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings.
Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and design documentation.
Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Conduct site visits to monitor project execution and quality.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and Interior Design teams.
Review and resolve design issues during construction.
Manage multiple projects while meeting quality, budget, and timelines.
Prepare client presentations, design reports, and project documentation.

Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
Solid architectural planning, detailing, and space planning skills.
Expertise in 3D visualization and photorealistic rendering.




Knowledge of construction methodologies, material selection, lighting, and finishes.
Positive understanding of MEP coordination and structural drawings.
Robust communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory.
COA Registration preferred.

Preferred Experience
Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, or Mixed-Use Projects.
End-to-end project execution from concept to completion.
