Role & responsibilities
Excellent customer service skills, whilst demonstrating a calm manner, and the ability to ask effective questions.
Experience/Knowledge of the core Microsoft Office packages is essential with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
Basic accounting skills
Must have a supportive team player attitude who is reliable and respects others, with a desire and drive to meet and exceed team targets.
Required to always project a qualified image of ESS.
Follows appropriate policies and processes, with a valuable understanding of risk.
Is open, receptive, and adaptable to change, whilst also demonstrating integrity and a can-do attitude.
Be able to work using their own initiative, showing attention to detail and customer focus, with a valuable understanding of the clients needs and priorities.
Has the ability to act with urgency when necessary.
