Position: Senior Trainer Business Training

Eligibility Criteria:
3 – 7 years of experience in AR process
Minimum 2 years of experience in training, teaching, and coaching (Prefer dental coaching experience).
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and best practices.
Should have worked in end-to-end AR team.
Should have Strong knowledge in US Healthcare Industry
Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
Must be passionate to learn new processes.
Willing to work night shifts.
Should work from office.
Solid Organizational and time management skills.
Training content development and instructional skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Roles and responsibilities
Create and share the training plan with stakeholders.
Deliver client specific training modules to recent hires.
Meet Training TAT for CS training Program.
Manage OJT and QCP phase for the CPs completing CS training.
Maintain the training records Training details, Trainees Attendance & Feedback score for all training conducted.




Collect feedback from trainees on the quality of training.
Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback.
Monitor current joiner’s performance for the first 60 days and clarify process related queries.
Prepare the training plans, training content and assessments for refresher training.
Recommend changes in the training plan & training method.
Manage. knol updates and scheduling assessments
Update SOP and PWI only weekly basis.
Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
Design effective training content
Prepare educational material such as module summaries.
Support and mentor new employees
Keep attendance and other records!
Manage training Datasets.
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
Monitor employee performance and response to training
