Position: Area Sales Manager Tile Adhesive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a agile and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving market development, overseeing distribution channel, dealer appointments, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the building materials and construction chemical industry.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and market penetration goals.
Develop and implement strategic plans for market expansion and growth.
Identify and appoint dealers, distributors, and channel partners across the state.
Conduct training sessions for clients including architects, contractors, builders, and engineers on product knowledge, application techniques, and best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer feedback to inform product development and business strategies.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
More than 10 years of experience in the building materials or construction chemical industry, with a proven track record of sales and market development.
Result oriented. Knowledge on selling right product mix to maintain and improve PnL of the category in his territory.
Positive experience from Tile Adhesive industry will be added opportunity.
Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel within the territory.
