AI ENGINEER

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer/Engineer with a solid background in AI and machine learning to support both protocol development and the creation of AI-powered use cases on a decentralised network. This is an exciting chance to work on cutting-edge decentralised AI solutions that incorporate dynamic node orchestration, layer-wise model sharding, and secure P2P communication.

Job Responsibilities

● Implement and optimise AI models on a decentralised infrastructure

● Design, train, and fine-tune deep learning models for diverse AI applications.

● Build algorithms for dynamic node orchestration, resource allocation, and swarm intelligence-based task distribution across heterogeneous nodes.

● Develop secure P2P communication channels for effective, safe task handling across the network.

● Build and implement efficient pipelines for deploying models in decentralised systems, focusing on resilience and low latency.

● Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) to streamline model deployment on diverse node types.

● Optimise model sharding and inference capabilities for decentralised workflows, ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive full-precision computing and heterogeneous resource optimization.





Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.

● 4–6 years of experience in AI development, machine learning, and distributed systems.

● Proficiency in Python, Golang, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and familiarity with distributed computing tools.

● Prior experience in decentralised, web3, and P2P technologies is a plus.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen interest in deploying AI for real-world use cases.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
