Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

Develop 3D models and presentation drawings.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design compliance.

Prepare construction drawings and technical documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time.

Assist in material selection and design development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

2–5 years of relevant experience

Freshers with an outstanding portfolio may also apply

AutoCAD (Mandatory)

SketchUp

D5 Render

Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray

Adobe Photoshop

Microsoft Office

Robust design, planning, and communication skills

Knowledge of construction detailing and building regulations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
