We are seeking a agile and result-oriented sales qualified with experience in primary residential sales with reputed real estate developers in the Gurgaon market.
Key Responsibilities
Drive residential property sales and achieve targets.
Generate business through channel partners.
Build client relationships and provide end-to-end sales support.
Conduct site visits and project presentations.
Convert leads into closures through effective negotiation.
Maintain channel partner engagement.
Possess strong knowledge of Gurgaon micro-markets including Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road and Dwarka Expressway.
Coordinate with internal teams and monitor market trends. Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate; MBA preferred.
6–12 years' experience in Residential Sales with Real Estate Developers only.
Experience in primary residential sales and channel partner management.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Current Gurgaon/NCR market exposure preferred.

Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently
