We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AR Caller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to follow up on pending claims, resolve denials, and ensure timely reimbursement. This role is crucial to maintaining the financial health of the organization by minimizing AR days and maximizing revenue collection.
Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve claims that are pending or denied.
Analyze and understand insurance denial reasons and take appropriate action.
Follow up on the status of outstanding claims through calls and web portals.
Document all activities in the client software accurately and timely.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity and quality targets.
Understand and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB), Remittance Advice (RA),
and other insurance documents.
Work collaboratively with team members and report discrepancies or issues to team leads or supervisors.
Stay updated with insurance guidelines and industry changes.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree or equivalent (any stream).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities
